Excellent food. Great Service. Eddie had BBQ sandwich special . I had meatloaf and Mac and it was awesome. Had a cup of chicken and wild rice soup. Yum that is the best. Great comfort food. Check it out. You will not be disappointed. Thumbs Up.

Fred and Cherry Norman opened Flavours restaurant in their retirement for the sole purpose of training individuals with disabilities. My son with autism was able to do a 6 week summer internship there, and really loved it! He learned all aspects of restaurant skills, including cooking, baking, cleaning, bussing tables, taking orders, and working the register. It was a wonderful experience! Fred was not just a boss, but a mentor and teacher for them. He taught them how to make a roux as a base for several delicious dishes they serve, like fettuccine alfredo. Yum! And Fred makes bacon shrimp and grits that's outta this world!!! Fred has a huge heart for individuals with a disability, and I am incredibly grateful for his presence through Flavours in our community.

This place is fabulous! Not only is there great service! The food is delivered fast and hot! They also have a great mission! And the desserts are delicious!

A hidden gem, just outside of Maumelle's city limit. Delicious, fresh meals at a reasonable price. The staff is truly wonderful & has gone above and beyond when I have asked for meal adjustments.

Our daughter has worked there for three years. so here's our experience with this wonderful restaurant. The owner, his wife, and a neighbor friend with a love of cooking are all retired and all volunteer there. The owner is passionate about hiring those with disabilities, and he also has workers who don’t have disabilities who assist with training and running the restaurant. Our daughter has Aspergers Syndrome, a form of high-functioning autism, and working there has changed her life. She’s had to develop her social skills as she waits tables and accept unexpected changes in plans when customers arrive early or late during the lunch shift. The owner and her manager patiently instruct and encourage her, and she has matured and developed so much confidence because of Flavours. This small, tucked-away restaurant can have some slow days and advertises by word of mouth amid a lot of other food options surrounding it. We are so thankful for Flavours! This place has been an answered prayer for us. The food there is wonderful. My favorites are the meatloaf, twice baked potato casserole, tomato-basil soup, Mediterranean tuna panini, and the bread pudding. (Never was a fan of bread pudding until I tried theirs.) They have vegan offerings, too, a rarity in our part of town. And they cater and make delicious custom cakes for birthdays. You won't go wrong doing business there. Take it from a family that eats there regularly, knows the owners and other workers, and has a daughter who loves working there.

If you have a chance to get their chicken spaghetti, do NOT pass it up!! They have some kind of secret ingredient to their garlic bread and it is just delicious! We had them cater a dinner for us at our office and it was the best we have ever had. You can’t go wrong with anything you order from Flavour’s!!

Food was delicious, definitely the best I’ve had in this area. The staff was very friendly. The strawberry cake was SO GOOD! I couldn’t find a menu when I looked up the place, but I took a chance. Didn’t regret it at all.
